Hands-on team controls

Today the team-lead view is about seeing clearly — the scoreboard and the alerts are live. The hands-on controls below are on the roadmap; we're listing them honestly rather than implying they exist:

  • Per-rep drill-down — opening a rep to their full pipeline and activity from the scoreboard (today the scoreboard is a read-only ranking; you can still open the full team pipeline board).
  • Lead routing & assignment — assigning or reassigning leads to team members from the manager view.
  • Team cadence enforcement — setting and enforcing a follow-up cadence across the team (today cadence and stuck-thresholds are each person's own setting).

Straight answers

How is this different from the leadership view?
Same data, tighter scope. A team lead (the manager role) sees their own direct reports' pipeline; a full admin sees the whole organization plus CRA/exam oversight. The team-lead home has a managers-only scoreboard that admins don't see.
What does a team lead actually see today?
The live scoreboard — team KPIs and your reps ranked by pipeline — plus stalled-deal alerts and the full team pipeline board. Deeper per-rep drill-down screens and lead-routing/cadence controls are on the roadmap, not built yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Does it flag deals going cold?
