Roadmap

Commission & payout tracking

Today Loopenta records the closing outcome (won or lost) so you and your partner share a clean record — but it does not calculate or pay commissions. Any compensation and agreement is handled directly between you and your partner. Built-in commission tracking is on the roadmap; we're not going to show a payout feature that doesn't exist yet.

What exactly do I get?
A Partner Desk: send a client to a partner in a minute, then track that referral through every stage to closing with a live status timeline and shared notes — plus scorecards on the partners you work with (touched, won, close rate, average days).
How is my client's information protected?
Before any details cross to your partner, a consent gate runs — the client's permission and your company's sharing policy must both allow it — and every share is logged. By default nothing is shared.
Do you pay me or track commissions?
Not today. Loopenta records whether a referral closed won or lost so you both have a record, but it doesn't calculate or pay commissions — that's handled directly between you and your partner. Commission tracking is on the roadmap.
How do I get an account?
Request early access, or a lender/agent partner can invite you in by email — you set your own password and land in your Partner Desk.
What does it cost?
Free during early access. Month-to-month after — no annual contract, no exit fees.
