You've quit a CRM before. Three reasons this one sticks.

Most agent CRMs die in the setup week. Here's the honest reason this is different — then we'll show each piece working.

01
Nothing to set up
No import marathon, no blank message box. You open a list of who to reach today, and the follow-up text is already drafted. Logging a touch is one tap.
02
It's truly yours
Your contacts are keyed to you, not your brokerage — enforced at the database level — and you can export the whole book (and its history) anytime, free.
03
It pays you back
Open-house visitors become contacts with tonight's message written; send a buyer to your lender for pre-qual and get referrals back through the same loop.
How we show the product below: every screen is a faithful rebuild of Loopenta's actual Realtor interface — real labels, fields, and flows pulled from the app — with clearly-illustrative sample data. They're representations, not live screenshots; names are examples, never performance claims.
Pillar 1The daily follow-up loop — open, tap, done

The "Today" list does the remembering and the writing

Add a person once. Loopenta decides when they're due, drafts the message when they are, and reschedules the next touch the moment you log this one. That's the whole loop.

Today list + the message, written

Open it and the work is already half done

Each due contact arrives with last-touch context and a personalized follow-up already drafted from your notes. Tap "Text Now" — it copies the message and opens your texting app with it filled in.

  • Due-today and overdue contacts surface automatically
  • A ready-to-send draft per contact (rewrite it if you want)
  • "Text Now / Email / Call" — one tap to the right channel
Example: Marisol — "Pre-approved to $410k, wants Clovis schools" → a draft about new Clovis listings under $410k.

One-tap logging + self-scheduling

Log how it went — the next touch books itself

After you reach out, tap how it went. Loopenta records it to the contact's history and sets the next follow-up date based on the outcome — a hot buyer comes back sooner, a sphere contact later. You never schedule anything manually.

  • Outcome chips: No answer · Texted · Spoke · Hot · Not now
  • Milestones: Under contract · Closed · Went cold
  • The next touch interval is picked for you (override anytime)

10-second add (or just say it)

Adding a contact takes one sentence

Name, phone, and one line about them — done. Or tap the mic and talk: "Met the Trans at the Maple St open house, thinking about selling in spring." Loopenta reads the note, infers the type, and sets a first follow-up.

  • Voice capture — speak it, don't type it
  • The note infers buyer / seller / sphere automatically
  • On Android, pull straight from your phone contacts

Pillar 2The Open House Kit — sign-ins become follow-ups

Turn a Saturday open house into Monday's pipeline

Type an address and get a branded QR sign-in page, a printable flyer, and a social caption. Every visitor who scans becomes a contact in your book — with that evening's follow-up already written.

Public QR sign-in

Visitors sign in on their phone — you keep the lead

No clipboard, no lost sticky notes. The visitor scans, enters name and phone, taps their timeline, and they're in your CRM before they leave the driveway. "Has a home to sell?" flags seller leads on the spot.

  • Branded sign-in page + QR + printable flyer, in under a minute
  • Captures name, phone, buying timeline & consent
  • Seller leads flagged automatically; tonight's follow-up pre-drafted
Real, end-to-end — the sign-in page is served live at loopenta.com/oh/…

NewThe Social Hub — marketing that can't get you fined

Post like a top producer — with a compliance officer built in

Write (or let Loopenta draft) the post, and the Sentinel scans it as you type — Fair Housing language, Reg N claims, Reg Z trigger terms — with your license and Equal Housing lines locked on automatically. Then schedule your week in two taps and get a nudge when it's time to post.

Scan → schedule → nudge

Pick a window. We remind you when it's time.

Posts draft themselves from your open-house kits. The "This Week" rail schedules each one into a morning, midday or evening window — at post time your phone gets a push, and one tap opens the exact caption ready to paste. Skipping or moving a post is always one tap too.

  • Live compliance scan as you type — risky wording is flagged with a suggested rewrite, and rate/payment posts route to your lender for a documented sign-off
  • Market-update posts drafted from real RentCast listing data, with the source and as-of date on the post — if we don't have data for your ZIP, we say so; we never estimate
  • Everything you publish lands in a write-once archive — export it as a CSV or a branded PDF audit report in one tap, if anyone ever asks
Copy-mode by design — Loopenta never posts to your accounts for you. You stay in control.

Pillar 3Your book is yours — and it earns

Owned by you at the database level — and wired to your lender

The part most CRMs quietly take from you, Loopenta gives back in writing — and in code. Then it turns your book into a two-way street with your lending partner.

Portability that's actually enforced

Switch brokerages, keep everything

Your contacts are stored against your own account — never your brokerage or any lender. The database rules forbid anyone else from reading them or reassigning ownership. And you can export the whole book, plus its full touch history, anytime, free.

  • Keyed to your account at the database-rules level — not the brokerage
  • No admin or loan officer can read or take your book
  • Export: Contacts (CSV), Contacts (vCard), Touch history (CSV)

📦 Your book is yours
Export everything, any time, free — no gate, no exit fee, no asking permission. If we ever stop earning your business, you leave with all of it.
⬇️ Contacts (CSV)⬇️ Contacts (vCard)⬇️ Touch history (CSV)
🔒Enforced, not just promised. Contacts are keyed to your user account (not your brokerage), and the rules block anyone else from reading them or changing the owner — so "switch brokerages and keep them" is structurally true.

The lender loop

Send a buyer for pre-qual — get referrals back

Linked to a loan officer, your book becomes a two-way street: send a buyer's details over for pre-qualification in a few taps, and receive buyer profiles your lender routes back to you — each landing in your list with a NEW badge.

  • "Request Pre-Qual" → your MLO partner gets the buyer and reaches out
  • Buyer profiles your lender sends back surface at the top of your list
  • Counters track Searches, Pre-Qual Requests & Converted to Pipeline
Lender features light up once you're linked to a loan officer — the CRM itself works on its own.

Straight answers

Can I really keep my contacts if I switch brokerages?
Yes, and it's enforced in code — not just a promise. Your contacts are stored against your own account (not your brokerage or any lender), the security rules block anyone else from reading them or reassigning ownership, and you can export the full book and its history anytime, free. It was never tied to the brokerage, so it moves with you.
Does it need setup?
No. Open the Today list, use the follow-up that's already drafted, and log the touch in one tap. The next follow-up schedules itself. Nothing to import or configure first.
How do I get an account?
Request early access, or your lending partner can invite you in — realtor accounts are invite-based today. The CRM works on its own; the lender features (sending a buyer for pre-qual, getting referrals back) light up once you're linked to a loan officer.
Is it a good Follow Up Boss / kvCORE / BoldTrail / LionDesk alternative?
It's a lighter, phone-first option for agents who abandon CRMs that need setup. Zero setup, the message is pre-written, logging is one tap — and unlike a brokerage-tied CRM, your data is owned by you and exportable anytime.
What does it cost?
Free during early access. Month-to-month after — no annual contract, no exit fees.

Your sphere is your retirement plan. Stop renting it.

Get in while it's free. We onboard in small groups — every agent gets a real walkthrough of the actual screens above, in minutes.
