For Leadership · A guided tour

Your whole team on one live dashboard. Exam-ready in one click.

The whole team's pipeline and an MLO leaderboard, computed live from real deal data. CRA performance measured as it happens — with a regulator-style report you can export. Outbound that's consent-checked and NMLS-stamped. And when the examiner calls, the Defense Packet is one click. Scroll — this is the real console.

Reporting shouldn't be a quarter-end reconstruction.

Chasing reps, rebuilding the roll-up in a spreadsheet, scrambling before the exam. Here's the honest difference — then we'll show each piece working.

01
The numbers are already computed
Team pipeline, weighted value and the MLO leaderboard are calculated live from real deals — not typed into a tile, not reconstructed at quarter-end.
02
The exam record writes itself
CRA activity is logged as it happens and rolls into a regulator-style report; the per-loan Defense Packet assembles in one click.
03
Outbound is governed before it sends
Texts and emails are consent-checked and NMLS-stamped, and MLO templates require admin approval — compliance built into the workflow.
How we show the product below: every screen is a faithful rebuild of Loopenta's actual leadership console — real labels, tables and reports from the app — with clearly-illustrative sample data. The metrics shown are example figures, not performance claims; in the product they're computed from your own deals.
Pillar 1The whole team, computed live

Pipeline and performance, the moment you log in

No roll-up to build. Team pipeline, weighted value and a ranked MLO leaderboard are calculated from your live deal data — and the visibility is scoped by role.

Team pipeline + MLO leaderboard

Lead with the number, scoped by role

Admins see the whole organization; a team lead sees only their reps; a rep sees only their own. The activity log gives you every MLO's CRA touches, filterable and exportable — so a board deck is a download, not a project.

  • Team pipeline & weighted value, computed from deals
  • MLO leaderboard: deals, value, win-rate, ranked
  • Team CRA activity log, filterable + Excel export
Role-scoped: org-wide for admins, team-only for team leads, self for reps — enforced in code.

Pillar 2CRA measured live — exam-ready in one click

The report a regulator expects, already written

Community-lending activity rolls into a regulator-style performance report — and any single loan's evidence assembles into a Defense Packet on demand.

CRA Performance Report + Defense Packet

From live activity to a regulator-ready PDF

The CRA report computes an executive summary (total loans, LMI loans, LMI rate, volume, community-development activity), an LMI lending table, and a per-MLO breakdown — exportable to PDF or a five-sheet Excel. And the per-loan Defense Packet pulls every touch, consent and CRA record together in one click.

  • Executive summary + LMI lending + per-MLO breakdown
  • Export to PDF or 5-sheet Excel; saved to your reports
  • One-click, per-loan Defense Packet, audit-logged

Pillar 3Run the team & govern outbound

Your people, roles, and the messages that go out

Invite and manage users, set roles and branches, and approve the message templates your team sends — so outbound is on-brand and compliant before it leaves.

User management + template approval

Onboard people, govern the outbound

Invite a user by email or add them manually, assign one of seven roles, suspend or remove them. MLOs submit message templates; you approve or reject them. Outbound runs through the consent gate with the NMLS auto-stamped — so what goes out is governed at the source.

  • Invite / add / suspend / remove users; seven roles; per-branch
  • Template approval queue for MLO-submitted messages
  • Consent-checked, NMLS-stamped outbound (email live; SMS on connect)

Roadmap

Lead routing & team follow-up enforcement

Two things leadership tools often promise that Loopenta does not do yet — so we're flagging them plainly instead of implying them:

  • Lead routing / assignment — there's no admin control to route or reassign leads across the team today; deals carry an owner, but an assignment console is on the roadmap.
  • Follow-up enforcement — overdue follow-ups surface as reminders on each user's own home screen; an admin-level enforcement/escalation dashboard is on the roadmap. (Today it's a nudge, not a top-down control.)

Straight answers

How does the CRA / exam piece work?
Community-lending activity is logged as it happens and rolls into a regulator-style CRA report (executive summary, LMI lending, community development, per-MLO breakdown) you can export to PDF or Excel. When the examiner asks about a loan, the Defense Packet assembles that file's communications, CRA activity, consent and agreements in one click.
How is outbound governed?
Texts and emails run through a consent gate before sending (opt-outs, DNC, quiet hours), with the NMLS auto-stamped, and MLO message templates require admin approval. Email works out of the box; SMS sends once a texting number is connected.
Can a team lead see only their team?
Yes — admins see the whole organization, a team lead (manager) sees only their direct reports, a rep sees only their own. It's enforced in code.
What about lead routing and follow-up enforcement?
Those are on the roadmap, not built yet. Deals carry an owner but there's no admin routing console today, and overdue follow-ups surface as per-user reminders rather than an admin-level enforcement dashboard. We'd rather tell you straight than imply a control that isn't there.
