For Escrow & Settlement · A guided tour

Settlement everyone can see — without putting money in the message.

Work each file through a settlement milestone timeline — EMD, CD, signing, funded, recorded — and the lender and Realtor who referred it see it live. A coordination layer beside your settlement system: money milestones are status-only, and funds never enter the message. Scroll — this is the real workspace.

The closing is where status — and money — get risky.

Updates scattered across calls and email, and wire fraud one spoofed message away. Here's the honest difference — then we'll show each piece working.

01
Post status once, partners see it
A settlement timeline the lender and Realtor can read — no more status calls or forwarding the same update five ways.
02
Beside your settlement system, never replacing it
Funds, accounting, wiring and disbursement stay in your licensed system of record. Loopenta coordinates status, documents and scheduling only.
03
Money out of the message
Never wiring instructions, never funds, never the CD. The CD, funding and disbursement appear status-only, with a wire-fraud warning pinned to every file.
How we show the product below: every screen is a faithful rebuild of Loopenta's actual settlement workspace — real milestone ladder, doc list and flow-back from the app — with clearly-illustrative sample data. Representations, not live screenshots; names are examples.
Pillar 1The settlement workspace — open, advance, track

Work the file through a settlement timeline

Open a file, advance it through a domain-accurate settlement ladder, and keep a shared document checklist — all in one screen the referrer can see into.

Settlement ladder + document checklist

One screen, the whole file

Each step posts once and updates everyone. The money milestones — CD, funding, disbursement — are status-only, so they reflect what your licensed system did without ever moving a dollar here. The document checklist tracks needed vs. received vs. sent.

  • Settlement ladder: opened → EMD → CD → signing → funded → recorded → disbursed
  • Document checklist with a needed / received / sent toggle
  • "Copy status update for partners" generates a paste-ready note
Example: File SE-5508 sits at "Closing Disclosure issued," closing in 9 days.

Pillar 2Status flows back to your referrers — live

The partners who sent you the file see it move

Every milestone you post appears, read-only, on the home screen of the loan officer or Realtor who referred the file — no extra logins, no status calls. It's the part that earns the next file.

Referrer's-eye view

"Closings in progress," updating itself

Your referrers get a live card of every file they sent you, with the current milestone and a progress bar — escrow in purple, title in blue. Rules-enforced: they read their own referred files, never write, never see another org's.

  • Live status on the referrer's home — no second system to check
  • Each file ties to the loan officer or Realtor who sent it
  • Read-only and org-scoped by security rules

Pillar 3Money stays in your licensed system

Coordination only — funds never enter the message

Wire fraud is the number-one closing risk. So the guardrails aren't a promise on a page — they're built into the workspace.

The guardrails, in the product

Status-only money milestones + wire-fraud warning

The CD, funding and disbursement are status-only — non-editable to a money state, with a note that the lender's CD governs. A pinned wire-fraud banner sits on every file. Loopenta never holds or moves funds, and never stores wiring instructions.

  • CD / funding / disbursement marked "status only"
  • Pinned wire-fraud warning on every file
  • Never wiring instructions, never funds, never the system of record

⚠️ Loopenta never sends, stores, or changes wiring instructions, and never holds or moves funds. Verify any wire request by phone at a number you confirmed independently — before sending funds.

Roadmap

Automatic file intake from the pipeline

Today you open the file inside the settlement workspace — address, file number, parties, referrer, target close — then work it. The vision is for files to arrive pre-filled from the lender's deal already in the loop (correct names, property and dates, no re-keying). That auto-intake isn't built yet, so we're flagging it honestly: it's on the roadmap, not in the product today.

Straight answers

Does it move money or hold escrow funds?
No — never. Funds, wiring instructions and disbursement stay in your licensed settlement system. Loopenta coordinates status, a document checklist and scheduling only, and money milestones are status-only.
Does it create the Closing Disclosure?
No — the CD is shown as status-only; the lender authors and delivers it, and it governs the transaction.
Does it replace my settlement software?
No — it's a coordination layer beside it. Your licensed system stays the system of record.
How do files get in, and when can I get it?
Today you open the file in the workspace and work it; automatic intake pre-filled from the lender's deal is on the roadmap, not built yet. The workspace is in early access with settlement partners — request access to join.

Close in the open — without putting money in the message.

Work the file once; the partners who referred it see every milestone live. We're onboarding early settlement partners in small groups.
